Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Evening Shift | 5x8 Hours (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday–Friday) | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in a Level III Trauma facility setting
• Participate in an on-call rotation covering weekday evenings (6:00 PM – 5:30 AM) and full weekends (Saturday 5:30 AM through Monday 5:30 AM)
• Operate Philips MRI equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic EMR
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and scrub dress code requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Tech experience required; first-time travelers are not eligible
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• Hands-on experience with Philips MRI equipment
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as permanent or PRN staff must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience charting in Epic EMR
• Prior travel assignment experience in a trauma or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with on-call rotations in a high-volume imaging department
