Position Temporary TA Assistant Location Ontario, CA Overview Prime Healthcare is an award‑winning health system headquartered in Ontario, California, operating 51 hospitals and more than 360 outpatient locations across 14 states. Schedule 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday Responsibilities Perform administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties for the Talent Acquisition department Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers Work closely with hiring managers, HR staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to meet recruiting needs Qualifications Education and Work Experience Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Secretarial training, clerical experience, or previous office experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Demonstrated positive interpersonal and effective communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field Previous experience in healthcare recruitment Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated wage for this role ranges from $23.00 to $28.97 per hour, with additional benefits such as paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefit options.
