A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking a Florida-licensed Litigation Attorney with approximately 5–15 years of experience in civil, commercial, and construction litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator ready to step into a more substantive, client-facing role with increasing responsibility in case strategy and firm growth.

This position may be structured as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner, depending on experience, leadership ability, and portable business.

Practice Areas:

• Business & Commercial Litigation
• Construction Litigation
• General Civil Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Appear as lead counsel at hearings
• Develop and execute case strategy
• Manage day-to-day litigation activities and case deadlines
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships
• Provide practical, business-focused legal counsel
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations
• Collaborate with firm leadership on litigation practice growth

Qualifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• 5–15 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas
• Strong experience handling depositions and substantive motion practice
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
• Comfortable serving as lead counsel in court
• Experience supervising junior attorneys or staff is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills
• Portable book of business is a plus (not required)

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
