Opera / Infor Systems Administrator (Application Support)Position: Opera / Infor Systems Administrator (Application Support)Location: Onsite – Las Vegas, NVType: Direct HireIndustry: Gaming & HospitalityPosition OverviewFusion HCR is seeking a Systems Administrator focused on OPERA, Infor, and casino/hospitality management systems for a client in the gaming and hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone with a support background who has worked with hotel, casino, or property management systems and is looking to grow into a more technical systems-focused position. The role will support day-to-day operations, user access, troubleshooting, and system performance across critical business applications in a 24/7 environment.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication & Systems SupportProvide day-to-day support for hospitality and casino systems, including OPERA, Infor, or similar platformsTroubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and application errorsSupport system configurations, updates, and ongoing maintenanceAssist with integrations between systems and ensure data flow accuracyUser Support & OperationsProvide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for internal users across business applicationsManage user accounts, permissions, and role-based accessSupport onboarding/offboarding activities related to system accessWork closely with business users to resolve functional and technical issuesSystem Monitoring & StabilityMonitor system performance and escalate issues as neededSupport backup processes, system availability, and uptimeAssist in identifying and resolving recurring system issuesCollaboration & DocumentationPartner with IT infrastructure, security, and vendor teamsWork with third-party vendors for system support and issue resolutionMaintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting stepsQualificationsRequired ExperienceExperience supporting OPERA PMS, Infor, or similar casino/hospitality systemsBackground in application support, helpdesk, or systems support rolesExperience troubleshooting user issues and system functionalityStrong customer service and communication skillsTechnical SkillsUser access management and permissionsBasic understanding of databases or system integrations is a plusFamiliarity with enterprise environments (24/7 operations preferred)Nice to HaveExperience with other property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc.)Gaming or hospitality industry experienceExposure to Active Directory or basic infrastructure supportAdditional RequirementsMust be able to pass a gaming background checkComfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment Fusion HCR
