We're currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the HIghland, IN area. Qualifications:- MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Active State specific BCBA license and/or passed boards
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred- but training available if not
As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create programs for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development. Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Dates: ASAP
- Setting: clinic
- In-person only
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
- Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
