You will monitor access, greet students, staff, and visitors, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with campus stakeholders. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM, Thu 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM, Fri 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM, Sat 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an educational location. Maintain a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification as required, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate campus offices or locations. Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate campus personnel and/or emergency responders when needed. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while providing clear information regarding site rules, directions, and available resources. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
