Deal Entry Analyst

One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Deal Entry Analyst for a 12-month assignment at their facilities in Houston, TX. Responsibilities Responsible for deal entry and report generation for the front office trading team. Daily interaction with trading, risk and schedulers. Reports to the head of Crude & Products Trading Front Office. Enter trades accurately into Energy Trading & Risk Management system (Endur) and modify or update trades as necessary. Work with the front office team on KYC for new customers or counterparties. Produce end-of-day position reports. Perform various additional tasks at management’s request. Qualifications Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience. College degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Understanding of trading concepts. Experience with computer software, with Endur experience preferred. Ability to produce accurate, timely work and meet established deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong team player with a positive, result-oriented approach and a self‑motivated, proactive attitude.
