HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues (cooling and heating). Repair and service HVAC equipment including: Rooftop units (RTU) Mini Split systems Package units Heat pumps Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups. Replace parts such as motors, belts, contactors, capacitors, sensors, relays, and boards. Check refrigerant pressures, superheat/subcooling, and system performance. Perform startup and shutdown procedures safely and correctly. Complete service reports and communicate job updates to management/customer. Maintain clean, organized work practices and protect customer property. Follow safety standards, company policies, and jobsite rules at all times. Qualifications Minimum 5 years HVAC Technician experience (required). Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC problems. Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems and controls. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred). Must have own hand tools (company may provide specialty tools). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops. #J-18808-Ljbffr American HVAC Corp
