This individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, consolidating information, and ensuring files are organized and updated efficiently.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong Microsoft Excel skills, and is comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Duties:* Transfer and organize files across designated folders and systems* Consolidate information from multiple documents into centralized files* Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity* Copy, paste, and update information across spreadsheets and databases* Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document organization* Conduct reconciliations and verify data for completeness and accuracy* Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary* Support the team with administrative and project-related tasks as assigned* Meet project deadlines while managing a high volume of informationRequirements* No specific degree required* Previous experience with data entry, administrative support, or file management* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy* Excellent organizational and time-management skills* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills* Ability to handle confidential information professionally* Strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:* Experience performing reconciliations or data validation activities* Experience working with large volumes of documents or records* Familiarity with electronic filing systems and data management processes* Relevant administrative, data entry, or office support experience is preferredThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, working with spreadsheets, and ensuring data is accurate and easily accessible.
