Marketing Coordinator – Gebauer Company – Cleveland, OH Based Position

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Coordinator who enjoys assisting in the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, our Marketing Coordinator will develop programs to be executed by the Field Sales Team to grow Gebauer’s business in the marketplace.

If you have experience:

• Implementing successful strategies and tactics of approved marketing plans that support assigned markets - all consistent with the long-term strategic plans of the company.
• Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies that best serve the market, including distributor and national account-based programs; while assessing success of campaigns both short and long-term, and suggesting changes to support better market penetration.
• Supporting the development of inbound marketing materials to help promote lead generation by creating written and digital content for website, social media and company collateral.
• Maintaining a CRM system and data, while helping disseminate information and trainings to a sales team.
• Being responsible for developing an annual media plan as well as developing and managing advertising creative, copy and placement including print and digital, while ensuring the placement of ads in relevant journals and the distribution of materials to professionals within specified timeframes.
• Assisting in identifying, validating, developing and launching new products, new indications and new markets, in addition to product label updates and changes.
• Actively managing online and outside vendor partners, website and social media to achieve their stated goals, as well as coordinating primary and secondary market research.
• Assist in the planning of regional and national trade shows, managing schedules, registration, vendors, booth needs, deadlines, communications, and follow-up.
• Coordinate event logistics and packing, including furnishings, utilities, signage, lead retrieval, displays, literature, samples, promotional items, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage returned assets and improve processes to reduce shipping costs, prevent missing items, increase inventory accuracy, and simplify event preparation.
• Developing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders and representing the company at trade shows.
• Working collaboratively with all key departments within the Company, including Sales, Research and Development, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and HR.

· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing concentration or Communications preferred

· 3-5 years Marketing and/or Communications experience, Medical or Pharmaceutical Industry experience a plus

· Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Photoshop a plus, experience with CRM and CMS systems (HubSpot preferred), and personal computer skills

· Experience with product launches, a plus

· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to produce clear and concise written business correspondence

· Solid analytical skills, including experience analyzing data within social media channels and with Google Analytics
