In-Home Behavior Therapist

Paid training and RBT certification assistance provided, no experience necessary! Work Environment This position is best for someone who loves autonomy. The At‑Home teammate will provide therapy services in patients’ homes, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The role involves working closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. The typical schedule is one to two patients per day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks of 8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm, or 8 am to 5 pm with one hour for transition between patients. Responsibilities Travel to client homes, driving up to 45 minutes each way. Work autonomously, managing your caseload and driving toward children’s growth. Apply one‑on‑one ABA therapy principles to help children with autism reach their full potential. Work with early‑childhood children (ages 18 months to 12 years). Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a team dedicated to living the company's core values. Drive a personal vehicle to appointments, arriving promptly and focusing entirely on the patient during direct therapy sessions. Pay High School / Associate’s Degree: $15.50–$23.50 per hour Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50–$25.50 per hour Master’s Degree: $17.50–$27 per hour First raise earned upon RBT certification. Previous experience as a childcare provider, nanny, babysitter, preschool/infant teacher, Montessori guide, tutor, substitute teacher, mental health/Autism advocate, QMHP, behavioral health technician, camp counselor, volunteer, Sunday school teacher, or with a degree in teaching, special education, sociology, human development, early childhood development, or psychology (a college degree in any field preferred) is welcomed. A passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families is a must, as is a deep commitment to show up daily with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
