Learn moreJob Description:Our Certified Nurse Midwife group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC servicesMidwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groupsWe attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics."Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.Professional Liability insurance including tail.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required.Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferredLicensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire.BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days.AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required.Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequentlyPay Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
