We’re a small, patient-focused dental office led by one of the nicest dentists you’ll ever meet—and we’re looking for an experienced Front Office Assistant to be the hub of our practice.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the front office, building genuine patient relationships, and confidently handling scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination in a calm, supportive environment.

Pay

$28~$40 per hour

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the schedule for efficiency and patient care
* Greet patients warmly and deliver excellent customer service
* Answer phones professionally and handle appointment changes
* Present treatment plans, fees, and insurance benefits
* Submit and follow up on insurance claims
* Collect and post payments
* Support revenue tracking and accounts receivable
* Follow scripts for patient interactions
REQUIREMENTS
* 3–10+ years of dental front office experience
* Strong insurance knowledge (claims, verifications, denials, codes)
* Dentrix experience
* Treatment planning experience; knowledge of tooth numbers
* CareCredit experience a plus
* Experience analyzing month revenue including accounts receivables
* Comfortable working in a small office
* Professional attitude and appearance; strong communication skills
Schedule: Tues/Wed/Fri 9–7:30 | Thurs 11–6:30 | One Saturday/month
