Warehouse Technician

Warehouse Worker

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Work Schedule: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM [Lunch: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM] Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stock picking, packing, shipping, and light assembly work.
• Meet job requirements relative to Safety, Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and team environment.
• Pack small and large parts, load and unload trucks, order pick, count parts, wrap products, export pack, crate, label, ship and receive, stock keep, cycle-count, and maintain housekeeping.
• Utilize ORACLE and various Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
• Utilize various PC applications including RF picking.
• Read and interpret pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, or other communications as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings and instructions for light assembly work.
• Operate various types of forklifts and other equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year prior warehousing experience.
• Minimum of 6 months Forklift Driving experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
• Forklift Certification.
• Able to learn new skills or equipment.
• Prior PC experience with ORACLE or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the customer in mind.

Physical Demands:

• Employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit throughout the workday.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Required to use mobile equipment at times.
• Regularly required to wear PPE.
• Regularly required to use manual dexterity to operate hand tools.
• Requires regular daily attendance and interaction with other employees.

Work Environment:

• Employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
