Data Entry Administrator

The Backoffice Admin is responsible for accurate and timely data entry and management within various computer systems. This role supports program documentation processing, data accuracy, and assists with special projects and case transfers, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities:

• Enter program document data from various sources into computer systems using HCSIS, SAMS, MAXe, CIS, Compass, and Outlook.
• Assist with Waiver-to-Waiver transfers, Nursing Home transition cases, and special cases for consumers turning 21 years old.
• Meet daily production goals for assigned cases.
• Produce and maintain data reports and alert management to inconsistencies or issues.
• Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues as necessary.
• Interpret, select, or code items from various document sources for data entry.
• Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Undertake special projects and provide consistent updates to management during each phase.
• Audit own work and/or that of others to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Participate in task-oriented groups to represent area interests and resolve potential issues.
• Provide support to various project stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by executive management.

• High school diploma or GED equivalence required; Associate degree preferred.
• At least one year of related experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel.
• Proficiency in using 10-key by touch with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with data management software such as SAMS, HCSIS, MAXe, CIS, and Compass.

• Must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Onsite work location with in-person interview requirement.
