This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.Candidates with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Automotive Technician, Farm Equipment Mechanic, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipmentPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machineryInstall, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsDiagnose equipment failures and identify root causesTroubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machineryAssist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical componentsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtimeMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualifications2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experienceOR related technical education/trainingStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to troubleshoot electrical componentsExperience reading blueprints and technical drawingsBasic PLC and robotics experience is preferredManufacturing maintenance experience preferredStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceIndustrial MaintenanceMechanical MaintenanceElectro-Mechanical MaintenancePLC TroubleshootingRoboticsCNC EquipmentPreventive MaintenanceConveyor SystemsHydraulic SystemsPneumatic SystemsPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for up to 12-hour shiftsLift up to 35 pounds frequentlyPerform repetitive tasksWork in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noiseWork overtime and weekends as neededBenefits401(k)Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance
