Radiology - Cath Lab Tech

Travel RN – Interventional Cardiology

Schedule: Call: 5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks - Expected to work 1 major holiday if falls during assignment; if 2 major holidays, expected to work both; if 3, expected to work two.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: Varies (minimum 8 weeks) - Non-billable orientation hours may vary by contract length.

Requirements: GA or Compact RN License required at time of submission - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience - ACLS, BLS certifications required - Travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) - Experience in cardiac cath/interventional procedures (e.g., PCI/PTCA, stent placement) - EP lab knowledge and experience with IABP placement/removal and rotablator.

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting. Assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias and life-threatening arrhythmias. Ensure maintenance of sterile field and scrub procedures. Participate as part of rapid response/code teams. Setup and maintain relevant equipment for procedures.

Compliance / Notes: Full compliance required to start on time; incomplete compliance may delay start. All compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to the start date. Maximum 7 days Request Time Off (RTO) allowed per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission. Modules to be completed during orientation; includes non-billable hours.
