We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Senior Product Manager to help shape and drive the next generation of AI-powered products and internal platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, software engineering, and applied artificial intelligence. You will work closely with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and drive the development of innovative products that leverage emerging AI capabilities.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about applying modern AI technologies to real-world business challenges.

What You'll Do

AI-Driven Product Innovation

• Identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can transform workflows, processes, and user experiences.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical applications across the organization.
• Drive initiatives that improve developer productivity and technical workflows.

Product Strategy & Execution

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered products and internal platforms.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Lead product discovery efforts and evaluate opportunities across multiple business functions.
• Drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Greenfield Product Development

• Shape new product concepts from idea through implementation.
• Build lightweight product specifications and prototypes.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where priorities may shift quickly.

AI Prototyping & Experimentation

• Utilize modern AI tools to create proof-of-concept solutions and accelerate product development.
• Evaluate new technologies and emerging capabilities within the AI ecosystem.
• Support the development of internal tools, workflows, and productivity platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience building and launching technical products in partnership with engineering teams.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap ownership, and execution experience.
• Experience working with software developers, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered products, tools, or workflows.
• Experience with developer tools, internal platforms, infrastructure products, or workflow automation solutions.
• Technical background in software engineering, computer science, data science, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or machine learning products.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and development environments.
• Experience building products from concept to launch in a zero-to-one environment.
• Experience working in technology-driven, highly analytical organizations.

This individual should be equally comfortable discussing product strategy with leadership and diving into technical conversations with developers.
