Skilled Construction Laborer - Metal Building Construction

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Skilled Construction Laborers to assist with the construction of pre-engineered metal buildings. This position involves reading blueprints, installing structural components, operating hand and power tools, and working safely on active construction sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and install pre-engineered metal buildings

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

• Cut, stage, and bolt materials into place

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Work from scissor lifts and elevated platforms

• Assist with structural steel installation

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of construction experience preferred

• Ability to read and follow blueprints

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Comfortable working at heights

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• 2-5 hours of overtime available weekly

• Primarily outdoor construction work

• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
