Responsibilities Your main responsibilities as a Building Maintenance Tech will consist of: Preventive maintenance on building equipment. Operate MEWP and PIT equipment as trained and licensed by Pepsi. Work productively without direct supervision. Properly manage parts inventory and preventive maintenance documentation. Support all departments to deliver company objectives and regulatory compliance. Training classes/seminars in and out plant, some travel may be required. Other duties as assigned by management. Work Hours: 8 AM-4:30 PM (subject to change with notice). Work Week: Monday – Friday, with some weekend work to support projects. The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
