Job Type: C2H
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Shipping & Assembly Associate to join our team in Germantown, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team where no two days are exactly the same.
What You'll Do
- Pick and prepare parts for customer orders
- Perform light assembly using basic hand tools
- Mount adapters and components
- Custom-pack and box finished orders
- Support shipping, packaging, and assembly operations
- Move between departments and assist with other production tasks as needed
- Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and properly packaged
What We're Looking For
- Previous light assembly, packing, shipping, or hands-on experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet throughout the day
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; most products are 25 lbs or less
- Must live within close commute of Germantown, WI
