Logistics Analyst- Operations

The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As the Analyst, Logistics, you will be responsible for developing actionable analyses to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions Collaborate cross functionally with other departments, including, but not limited to, engineering, logistics, product development, supplier quality and purchasing Maintain databases, extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall performance Analyze operations, including performance and productivity data, and error rates/root causes; review reports to identify operational issues across departments Prepare related reports, graphs, charts, presentations and other documents to support analyses Utilize systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions At a Minimum, You'll Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics It'd Be Great If You Also Have Strong problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries; solid data mining and development skills Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Experience in preparing, importing and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases and presentations; converting raw data into usable formats Experience with Microsoft Office (Access); ability to extract system data from SAP and utilize Excel/Access to develop reports Experience with Power BI Experience with SQL Why Join Us Check out what else RXO has to offer.
