Freight Flow Associate-5

Responsibilities Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy. Operates forklifts following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow according to company policy. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and offering guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, and product assistance. Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials per company standards. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation, properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, and setting up displays. Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing accuracy. Tracks goods and maintains in‑stock levels, controlling shrinkage and reporting poor inventory practices. Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reporting conditions and ensuring proper working order. Proactively identifies customers who need help, models technology services, and identifies shrink opportunities. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00, with additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
