Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication needs in a dynamic educational environment! This part-time role (20–25 hours weekly) calls for a licensed SLP or SLPA to serve as a long-term substitute, providing essential speech-language support at both a high school and a charter school. With coverage needed from now through June 2026, you'll be joining a collaborative team keen on making a difference in students’ lives during key periods of transition.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct speech-language therapy to high school and charter school students.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEP goals.
• Conducting assessments, maintaining records, and monitoring progress.
• Participating in IEP meetings and offering consultative support to staff and families as needed.
• Adapting to a flexible caseload, providing creative solutions to diverse communication needs.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Current state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY accepted) or SLPA.
• Experience in schools, especially at the high school level, is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable using virtual tools as the interview will be conducted online.
• Must meet school-specific onboarding requirements, including background checks.
