Position Summary The Hospitality Assistant greets and directs patients and visitors in the hospital Main Lobby. This role coordinates with Patient Access to facilitate registration in a timely manner and assists with the patient access process when necessary. You will work on the front line with constant patient and visitor interaction, requiring compassion, respect, and understanding. Strong customer service, diplomacy, and independent thinking are essential. Requirements High school diploma preferred One year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital setting Six months of experience in a hospital admitting department preferred About Good Samaritan Hospital MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hub serving Puyallup and East Pierce County. Pay and Benefits We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay range is $18.51 - $25.47 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience and education. If associated with a union, pay will reflect the applicable step on the pay scale.
