• IHT COTA Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on

visit complexity and volume * The visit rate for this role ranges from $39 - $55 per visit What You'll Do

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain

strength and function

• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training

Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
