Assistant to the agent - help with emails, reports and excel sheets. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Part Time - 20 hours per week- 5 days a week Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
