If you’re ready to help our team continue its track record of success, apply today!Responsibilities:Establish and reach monthly finance and insurance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarksAssess whether car buyers need financing and payment options before presenting them with appropriate auto finance plansMaintain the highest ethical standards serving as a finance director and/or manager who is committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)Support the auto sales manager during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programsAbide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutionsManage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership formsProcess and maintain the funding of contracts in a timely mannerIssue and complete all DMV tag and title paperwork for each transactionWork directly with the GM and Controller for funding delaysQualifications:2+ years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is requiredValid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record mandatoryRequires a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline strongly preferredMust have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customersBasic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency needed.Benefits:Pay: $100,000–$150,000 annually, commission-based.
