Licensed Mental Health Professional (PA) – Clinical Supervision & Quality Support
Behavioral health organization seeking a licensed mental health professional in Pennsylvania to provide clinical supervision for license-eligible staff, assist with chart audits and peer reviews, and support overall clinical quality initiatives.

This role may be part-time or full-time and is ideal for someone who enjoys mentorship, compliance, and clinical oversight.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing clinical supervision to license-eligible clinicians

• Conducting documentation/chart audits

• Participating in peer reviews and quality improvement activities

• Supporting regulatory and accreditation standards

Ideal candidates will hold an active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.), have strong documentation and leadership skills, and experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings.
