Senior Accountant Vaco is seeking a Senior Accountant for a growing organization located in North Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities Support financial reporting and month‑end close activities. Perform account reconciliations and maintain ledger accuracy. Monitor project budgets and analyze cost variances. Track and allocate project‑related expenses. Prepare financial reports and support business decision‑making. Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records. Manage vendor setup, banking updates, and payment processing. Foster a collaborative, team‑oriented culture focused on accountability and results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred). 2‑3 years of full‑cycle accounting experience. Availability to work five days on site. Salary range: $80,000‑$90,000.
