Color Genomics, Inc. is looking for a Case Manager I based in Denver, CO. You will provide case management services to families experiencing homelessness, connecting them to housing and public benefits. The ideal candidate is experienced in social work and crisis management. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
