Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will safely operate industrial trucks, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts as well as reach trucks, to efficiently load, unload, transport, and stack goods within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting safety checks, managing inventory, and preparing orders for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate industrial trucks such as sit-down/stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.
• Conduct routine safety checks on all equipment.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and organize orders for shipping.
• Participate in material handling and order picking.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.
• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a forklift test within the first 1-2 days.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting AWS Data Centers is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic warehouse setting with multiple shift options: 1st shift (M-F 5am - 1:30pm), 2nd shift (M-F 1pm - 9:30pm) with additional pay, 3rd shift (M-F 9pm - 5:30am) with further increased pay, and weekend shifts offering even higher pay. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
