Job Description:

Location: Carol Stream, Illinois

CoWorx is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Order Picker – Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team in the Carol Stream, IL area. This role is responsible for picking, staging, and moving products at various heights using a cherry picker forklift while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. Shift: Mon-Fri 10am-6:30pm plus mandatory daily OT and Saturday mornings

Responsibilities:

Operate a cherry picker (order picker) to retrieve and store products in high racking locations
Pick and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists
Safely work at elevated heights
Load, unload, and stage inventory as needed
Perform routine equipment inspections before use
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
6 months of experience operating a cherry picker/order picker
Comfortable working at heights for extended periods
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance
