An established outpatient primary care practice in Gales Ferry, Connecticut is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP (AGPCNP) to join a collaborative team serving southeastern Connecticut. This role offers a 4-day work week , outpatient-only setting, and strong work-life balance. Providers deliver comprehensive primary care, including sick visits, wellness exams, chronic disease management, and some gynecologic services.
