MRI Technologist PRN

Hours of Work : PRN Days Of Week : PRN Work Shift : Job Description : Job Purpose The primary purpose of the MRI Technologist position is to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging. In addition, performing venipuncture when indicated and assists the Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases. Job Requirements: Education: * Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines Licenses and/or Certifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist certification, ARRT (M) combined with Texas Department of State Health certification (MRT), or ARMRIT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
