Sr. Experiential Graphic Designer

Project Director – RSM Design Company: RSM Design Location: Los Angeles, CA Posted: Jun 8 Role Overview RSM Design is seeking an experienced Project Director and EGD designer to be a part of our team. The candidate will assist in leading a team of designers through all phases of project including project visioning through implementation. Candidate must have proven project management experience with use of project planning software in addition to design expertise. Requirements and Skills 8-10 years of experience in the experiential/environmental graphic design field, or related design field. Must have experience in the design and development of signage, wayfinding, and placemaking packages with the use of Adobe Creative Suite programs. 3D Rendering Skills In Sketch-up Or Similar Required. Experience leading projects and managing a team of designers. Collaborative team member with good communication skills that works well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment, as well as ability to work autonomously. Experienced with client presentation skills and the ability to manage client expectations with clear communications and confident leadership. Desire and ability to travel to out-of-town project locations on occasion. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, or related field. Candidate must be willing to work in the studio at either our LA or San Clemente Studios. Additional Notes Salary commensurate based on experience and ability level.
