Industrial Maintenance MechanicLocation: North Reading, MAThis is a FULL-TIME permanent position. Salary: Hourly rate by experience: $35 to $50+ per hour. Benefits: Full Benefits, Health & Vacation time and more!OverviewSeeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic)Perform welding & basic fabricationLead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvementsMaintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standardsQualifications3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematicsTechnical degree or certifications preferredMust be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.Work EnvironmentLift up to 75 lbsAbility to work overtime/weekends as needed
