Store Manager

Job Overview The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to ensure that customers have a memorable experience. This professional provides people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including open and close procedures, work order management, and CICO (Check-In, Check-Out) procedures. Deliver high levels of customer service and manage staffing and scheduling, making necessary modifications. Maintain inventory control and ensure proper cash handling. Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Collaborate with field leaders to certify technicians in SafeTech™ and provide training, re‑training and coaching so that all installations and repairs meet quality standards. Guide and reinforce proper vehicle and equipment maintenance, required recordkeeping, and marketing material display. Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues to provide world‑class customer service. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, OR 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred). Valid state‑issued driver’s license required. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to incent performance. 3–5 years of experience in retail or service‑center environments; automotive experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications and general office equipment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage and conduct crucial conversations with a mobile workforce. Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions. Professional appearance with personal protective equipment. Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods, working at elevated heights, and remaining on feet for extended periods.
