What you will be doing: Performs data entry and problem solves using reports and computer system Ensures that product repairs meet the standards of the customer Monitors spare or repair part inventory; Performs cycle counts to ensure physical accuracy and reconcile problems; May operate forklift machinery for these tasks Collects and records results of tests on products; Reports issues from testing Performs SAP transactions Requirements Associate’s degree in electronics and computer repair preferred Minimum 1 year of bench work experience related to electronics or computer repair; and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Forklift experience preferred Entry level Excel experience required Ability to collect technical data and input into database Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
