Technical Proposal Writer, Technical Editor and Writer 5

Responsibilities Writing compliant and compelling proposal responses in response to commercial and U.S. government solicitation requirements Incorporating the proposal capture strategy, proposal lenses, customer hot buttons, and discriminators through assigned sections Working closely with the Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Volume Lead, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and functional departments as necessary Following the approved proposal processes Participating in reviews Maintaining configuration control of assigned sections Incorporating changes from all amendments and Q&A Developing necessary data calls to complete the assigned sections Attending daily standup progress reviews to provide status of section writing assignments Requirements 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience In-depth understanding of compliance with all sections of governmental RFPs Experience analyzing RFPs Creating annotated outlines Writing new material Editing written material Producing high-quality proposals under tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills Highly developed word processing skills, especially with Microsoft Office products Working knowledge of graphics and desktop software Working knowledge of Sharepoint or other proposal collaboration software Flexible and open to changing schedules and priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
