• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide customers with timely status updates.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment details.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, damaged freight, and other customer concerns professionally.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment, customer, and delivery information.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery confirmations, and related paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, carriers, and business partners.
• Escalate complex issues to management or the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, logistics, trucking, dispatch, or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and transportation/logistics software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints or delivery problems.
• Attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of trucking, freight, LTL/FTL, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Experience with TMS or transportation management systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional evenings or weekends may be required depending on customer and operational needs. 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
