Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients primarily in a detox center setting. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients experiencing significant mental health challenges and severe emotional disorders, both in-person and over telehealth.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach to client care, contributing to the formulation and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Conduct accurate assessments to determine client needs, creating individualized care plans that facilitate access to necessary support services.
  • \n
  • Implement therapeutic interventions including crisis intervention, individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling to promote recovery and enhance well-being.
  • \n
  • Monitor and document client progress, ensuring compliance with treatment plans while providing regular updates during team meetings.
  • \n
  • Maintain ethical standards set forth by professional guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • \n
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine skills and enhance service delivery.
  • \n
  • Participate in safety assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and work proactively to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

  • Provide on-call crisis support as needed, ensuring continuity of care outside of regular business hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on clients in a detox center, many of whom may be dealing with dual diagnoses that involve co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. As a clinician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting these individuals during a vulnerable phase of their lives, helping them toward recovery and meaningful reintegration into the community.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • \n
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, demonstrating expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

  • Experience with integrated care models and an understanding of community resources conducive to holistic recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will benefit from:
