Like Having Everything Ready Before the Doors Open?

You enjoy organizing arrangements and being involved when the event begins. You can check a delivery, update a colleague, and help a guest without losing track of what needs doing next.

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator in Omaha to support event preparation, logistics, and attendee experience.

Before, During, and After

  • Coordinate event schedules, checklists, and preparation deadlines.
  • Confirm arrangements with venues, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Organize signage, materials, equipment, and guest information.
  • Support setup and check that event spaces are ready.
  • Welcome attendees and help resolve routine event-day questions.
  • Assist with pack-down and prepare post-event notes.

Bring Relevant Practical Experience

Events, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and guest-facing backgrounds are welcome. You may have handled group bookings, organized a community activity, or supported a college event.

No specific degree is required. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, attention to detail, and comfort using calendars and basic spreadsheets will help you succeed.

Build Your Event Skills

Guidance will cover company procedures, venue requirements, and event communication while you gain experience coordinating live activities.

The role includes local venues. Event timings and any evening or weekend requirements will be discussed during recruitment.
