We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent. This position will be located onsite in our Pembroke, MA branch.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving new business through inside sales to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to prospective customers
• Presenting and recommending the appropriate pest management solutions, based on customer needs
• Supporting regional and branch teams by setting qualified appointments for outside sales inspectors
• Scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Conducting outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities for the sales team
• Providing administrative support to local branches, including assisting with account updates and adjustments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Confident phone presence and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort communicating by phone and email
• Must be at least 18 years old

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (plus commission)
