Due to its prime location and over 130 years of history in downtown Fort Worth, we are Fort Worth's preferred destination for private dining, business meetings, weddings, and society events. This is a highly prestigious environment where the best in the industry are trained to succeed. The Club operates Monday through Saturday and is closed on some major holidays including Christmas, New Years and Fourth of July.

Responsible for providing a well-timed and elegant dining experience for members and their guests. Required 2 years UPSCALE/FINE DINING experience.

Essential Functions

• Completes thorough detailing of his/her station and all side duties before the shift begins.
• Learns daily and weekly specials offered on the menu and has sufficient wine list knowledge to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders to tables following the "Steps of Service" as a timing guide.
• Accurately relays orders to kitchen via the computer and dealing with the kitchen expediter directly.
• Know the service rules of etiquette when serving.
• Know how to properly times the service to conform to the guests needs.
• Ability to completes accurate closing paperwork for the manager/supervisor on duty.

Work Environment

Kitchen and dining setting, occasion exposure to extreme heat or cold temperatures

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Standing and walking for long periods of time.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

M-S, hours depend on business needs. May be required to work occasional Sundays and holidays during prime business times.
