Our work spans enterprise data modeling, semantic layer development, data warehousing, and self-service analytics, enabling strategic decision-making and supporting business growth across Medpace.ResponsibilitiesWhat is the role?We are seeking an Experienced Analytics Engineer to strengthen our growing Data & Analytics team by designing and delivering scalable data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready datasets that drive reporting, self-service analytics, and operational decision-making across the enterprise.This role serves as a bridge between data engineering, business stakeholders, and analytics consumers. The ideal candidate will be lead transformation of complex business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring data quality, consistency, performance, and governance.
