Main responsibilities: Lead critical initiatives, in partnership with cross-functional leaders across the company on key strategy topics - to include project planning, execution of structured problem solving and analytics, business case development, cost benefit evaluation, evaluation of financial return and implementation planning Provide strategic thought partnership to Leadership / business partners, and work on and / or lead multiple engagements that identify and harness growth / cost opportunities Monitor and analyze internal / external landscape, including customer, market, vendor, category and financial data, to build strategies and recommend appropriate action Synthesize findings, and develop storyline / material to communicate recommendations to senior management and leadership team Ensure the team is developing the appropriate strategy toolkit (e.g., framing, project mgmt., analytics, written and verbal communication) and soft skills (e.g., influencing) required Cultivate and lead a strong and positive team culture Collaborate cross-functionally and effectively influence to drive business decisions and advance long-term transformation efforts Manage and mentor junior team members to support work planning, hypotheses generation, issue identification, and analytical framework development We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Bachelors in analytical discipline (e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics, or Science), MBA preferred 8 plus years of total work experience, 4+ years post MBA in strategy or other relevant roles ...
