This contract position offers the flexibility to work with a diverse range of classrooms, filling in for teachers and covering various subjects as needed. The assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 11, 2027, providing a stable, school-year opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support instructional needs in multiple classrooms, adapting quickly to different grade levels and subject matters.
• Deliver lesson plans and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment in the absence of regular teachers.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor student progress and communicate concerns or successes to appropriate staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in education or a related field.
• Prior experience as a general education teacher preferred, but open to passionate new graduates.
• Flexibility and adaptability to move between different grade levels and classroom settings.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
