Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances and goals. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n
- Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, revisiting and adjusting these objectives as required to ensure progress and effectiveness in treatment. \n
- Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual counseling options or face logistical challenges accessing traditional in-person services, ensuring that care is accessible to all. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation reflecting the sessions and treatment methodologies while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision, keeping abreast of the latest practices and modalities in therapy. \n
You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n

- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' experiences, promoting a safe therapeutic environment. \n
