Junior Product Manager

To support healthcare modernization initiatives, the remote Junior Product Manager will build and maintain product backlogs, develop roadmaps for clinical automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams over a 6-month contract with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Build, prioritize, edit, and maintain product backlogs aligned to modernization objectives Develop and maintain product roadmaps supporting formulary and clinical automation initiatives Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, epics, and technical requirements Required qualifications 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related experience Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Pharmacy, Clinical, Formulary, or Utilization Management Proven experience in building and managing product roadmaps Strong Agile experience working with cross-functional teams Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Aha
